2. Submission Types

We welcome submissions related to the themes of this symposium, including original research, literature reviews (meta-analyses), educational studies, project and case reports. Submissions should be unpublished and not intended for other publications.

3. Submission Timeline

(1) Manuscript submission deadline: February 28, 2025 (Friday)

(2) Final manuscript review notification: March 7, 2025 (Friday)

4. Submission Guidelines

(1) All manuscripts should be submitted in English. Please refer to the template (Attachment 1) for formatting instructions.

(2) **An easy way to comply with the symposium manuscript formatting requirements is to use the template and simply type your text into it or use the paste function.**

(3) Corresponding authors should be marked with an asterisk, and the full English title of the symposium should be included at the top of the manuscript.

(4) An Manuscript Submission Authors' Statement and Publication Agreement form should be downloaded and completed (Attachment 2), and submitted with the manuscript via email.

(5) All manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format along with signed Manuscript Submission Authors' Statement and Publication Agreement forms via email to rcmth6311@gmail.com. The email subject should indicate “Submission for the 2025 4th ISMHP (Corresponding Author's Name).”

(6) At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the symposium.

5. Manuscript Structure

Manuscript length:  Limited to two pages, in Microsoft Word format. Reference style follows IEEE style's standard format.

Manuscript should include the following:

(1) Title, abstract and keywords

(2) Sections of the main content:

  • Introduction

  • Materials and methods

  • Results

  • Discussion

  • Conclusion

(The author does not need to strictly adhere to the prescribed structure of the main content, but it serves as a suggested guideline for organizing the manuscript.)

6. Presentation Format

Accepted abstracts must be presented in both poster and oral formats:

  • Poster Display: Posters will be exhibited outside the symposium venue on the day of the event.

  • Oral Presentation: Presenters will participate in the Poster Presentation session, which requires a one-page slide and a 90-second speech.

7. Poster Format

(1) Single-sided, portrait A0 size [841 x 1189 mm].

(2) Posters should be entirely in English.

(3) Content should include the title, authors, affiliation, research purpose, method, results and findings, conclusion, and references.

(4) Ensure images and tables are of high resolution (300 dpi or above).

8. Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the designated display area on the day of the symposium. Posters will be mounted with pins provided by the organizers.
